Ronald Syme of Milford achieved the rank of Eagle Scout on Oct. 29 at the Hudson Valley Eagle Board of Review in Monticello. He is a member of Milford Troop 71 of the Delaware District of the Hudson Valley Council, which is chartered by Milford First Presbyterian Church. For his project, Ronald completed restoration on the church garage. He is a senior at Delaware Valley High School. Upon graduation, he plans to attend East Stroudsburg University to study U.S. history.
