Brothers Nicholas, Thomas, and Marcus Ruiz have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Raymond and Natalie Ruiz have four children, all Eagle Scouts, "showing their dedication to God, country and amazing character development," said PA Rep. Rosemary Brown, who attended their Jan. 4 Court of Honor. "These young men and their family are a true example of working to be their best while always thinking of others along the way."
