Milford. Delaware Valley’s senior point guard Michael Leonardo has signed with Moravian College-Division III. Michael is one of the captains on the team and was selected for the All-Conference Team. He plans on majoring in business marketing. Michael is the son of Laurie Cirillo and Dave Carter of Matamoras.
