Milford. Delaware Valley senior wrestler Cooper Kidd has signed with Delaware Valley University–Division III. Over the past four years, Cooper has finished third, fourth, fifth and sixth at Districts. He was also a member of the football team at DVHS. He plans on majoring in turf management.
