Children's Champion AwardThis year's Children's Champion Award Honoree is Susanne Wroblewski, whose daughter Alyssa attended CDD beginning in 1994. Wroblewski continued her service to CDD as a parent advocate in 1998 and then in various roles on the board of directors, including secretary and now treasurer.

"She has been an ambassador to our youth, advocating for them to receive the programs and services that are necessary for so many," said a statement by CDD. "We thank Susanne most of all for being a friend to CDD while assisting in carrying out the mission and vision."
