Bird song is drowned out by Milford's nonstop music scene

To the Editor:
I live in Milford Borough, two blocks from the Dairy Bar, which is on Harford Street.
It is disturbing to be forced to listen to the outdoor music that is being broadcast from there every weekend through the summer. It began again Saturday, May 20.
The sound goes through my closed windows. There's no way I can get away from it.
I cannot listen to my own choice of music indoors.
I moved to Milford for the quality of life here and I do like the Music Festival on the one weekend in June.
Why is this amplified outside music allowed? There are at least 12 residential homes within a two-block area.
Is anyone else disturbed by being forced to listen to this outdoor music every weekend?
Would rather hear the birds singing, thank you.
