Delaware Republican Club formed

DINGMANS FERRY - The Delaware Township Republican Club is now taking memberships for its newly formed organization. The club’s purpose is to keep the people of Dingmans Ferry up-to-date and active in political issues and knowledgeable about Republican candidates. The organization welcomes any resident of Delaware Township and surrounding communities to join the club and assist in our efforts of promoting Republican issues and candidates. An organizational meeting was held recently where interim officers were elected and interim by-laws were enacted. The following officers were elected on an interim basis: President Thomas Lloyd; Vice President Edward Hammond; Treasurer Debbie Ryan; and Secretary David A Stone. Lloyd, said that their intention is to finalize the by-laws and to have all legal requirements completed by the end of the year with official officers in place for 2007.
