Small welcome: a memo to our governments

To the editor: Believe it or not, it was almost four years ago that a resident of Dingman Township brought to my attention that the sign on the Pa. side of the river at the Milford-Montague Bridge was so small, it couldn’t be read. I won’t bore you with the trials and tribulations that I have gone through for the last four years to get what I think is at least a reasonable sign that is big enough to be readable and hopefully, the next time you come across the bridge from New Jersey, the new sign will be erected. Needless to say, if I had known it was going to take this long to accomplish it, I would have started sooner. Dave Chant Milford
