Bach, Pachelbel, Christmas music and more in organ concert

The frenzy of the holiday season can absorb attention and energy. Decorating your home, choosing the best presents, keeping up with events and planning for gatherings can be consuming.

For respite, Good Shepherd Church Community (110 West Catharine Street, Milford, PA) will host a Classical Christmas Organ Concert. Jane Livingston, a nationally recognized organist, pianist, bell choir director and choir director, will present a collection of pipe organ works by Bach, Handel, Pachelbel, Guilmant and Saint-Saens, along with traditional Christmas favorites. This will be presented on the 2007 Schantz pipe organ.

Scheduled for Friday, December 16th at 7:00 p.m., the opportunity to rest, relax and recharge will be followed by a champagne reception in the specially decorated church hall.
