Black Bear Festival awarded grant

MILFORD — The Black Bear Film Festival is one of 27 arts organizations awarded a 2015 Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts program grant from The Pocono Arts Counci. The council also awarded $39,003 in project stream grants to 40 arts organizations, including Pike County's Delaware Valley Choral Society, Grey Towers Heritage Association, Milford Borough Parks and Recreation Committee, Kindred Spirits Arts Programs and the Milford Music Festival.
The awards will be presented Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. in the ARTSPACE Gallery at the PoconoArts Cultural Center in conjunction with the Council’s Annual Membership Meeting.
