Catskill Chill Music Festival is a great way to end the summer

LAKEWOOD, Pa. — Catskill Chill is a unique music festival; it’s one of the cleanest and most well-balanced music festivals in the Northeast.
This weekend, Sept. 23rd through 25th, Catskill Chill will be taking place at New Minglewood in Lakewood, Pennsylvania. Headlining acts include Mike Gordan of Phish along with George Clinton with the legendary Parliament Funkadelic.
The Chill is a euphoric weekend of music and art for all ages. Originally started in Hancock, New York, in 2012 by Josh Cohen and friends, the festival has grown into a unique representation of positivity and community and into one of the most popular events in the tri-state area.
Last year, Catskill Chill’s original venue decided to stop holding festivals. After all, it was magic of the venue that made the Catskill Chill great
After a long and hard search, Cohen and company found the best possible venue to replace the original in Camp Minglewood in Lakewood, Pa. That’s about 50 miles north of Milford, Pa., and 60 miles north of Port Jervis, N.Y.
