STROUDSBURG - Looking for an unusual way to celebrate Halloween? Why not join the members and friends of the Pocono Arts Council (PoconoArts) at its 7th annual Masked Ball, 7 p.m., Oct. 28, at Ridgecrest at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. Tickets for the ball are an affordable $45 per person for PoconoArts members and $50 for non-members.
