His photography can be loosely translated as “painting with light” Andy has been able to capture the beauty of nature and its elements using both digital photography and digital darkroom. He said,” while digitization may not have revolutionized photography, it has given the photographer more opportunities for inspiration because of its instant gratification.” His passion for photography was rekindled after he and his wife included a photography unit in a two week technology immersion professional program for K-12 teachers. He now teaches photography workshops for college faculty and various church groups. Early Rudolph will be exhibiting his sensitive and sensuous wood sculpture works. Rudolph is a New York City artist who’s artistic ability was recognized at an early age and continued through high school. In 1970, two of his paintings were selected to be in the Brooklyn Museum of art show for outstanding student’s art work. Early Rudolph continued his art studies at Brooklyn College and at The Greenwich House Pottery while creating and showing his art work and sculpture in different mediums. Solo New York shows to his credit are; The 4 Katonah Museum of Art, Spring Studio, Thompson Square Gallery, Green House Gallery and the 7th Street Café, here in Milford. Early is an art instructor teaching art to children, senior citizens, special needs children and ceramic workshops for the blind in Spring Valley, N.Y.
