On Sunday, May 25, the first Farmer's Market organized by Air Soil Water, a non-profit environmental organization was held at the River Rock Inn Courtyard, 210 Second Street in Milford, Pa. The Farmer's Market will run every Sunday through Nov. 2, rain or shine, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the River Rock Courtyard.

There were 14 vendors from the tri-state area selling vegetables, baked goods, skin care products, yarn, handmade baskets, organic coffee, organic eggs, herbs, plants, grass-fed beef, pork, lamb, chicken, rabbit and quail.

Market goers sampled all natural candy and pastry made without corn syrup and preservatives.

Vendors all had one thing in common — "We are trying to stay away from the chemicals used in our foods today."

Musicians from "Circle Jam" entertained the crowd and friendly Alpacas and hungry chickens excited children.
