Nature artist Carl Brenders coming to Cardinal Art Gallery
Exclusive appearance by artist scheduled for Sept. 30 Vernon, N.J. Cardinal Art Gallery in Vernon will host this year’s only east coast appearance by the famed nature artist, Carl Brenders, from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30. The event is free and open to the public. Brenders says, “My real love, since childhood, has been nature and the wild places. The beauty, peace and truth found there have no equal. The remote places and the many beautiful species that live there have always been my inspiration; that is why I continue to paint them. The harmonious perfection of nature moves my heart. Where can one find a better place for spirituality than in wild nature?” As Time magazine noted in 1994, the appeal of Brenders’ art is the recognition of the fact that his work is not photography, but “the work of a clear, polished eye and a rock-steady hand.” Brenders’ newest limited edition art print will be available during his appearance. The gallery will spotlight Brenders’ work beginning Sept. 23 through the middle of October, and offers one of the country’s finest selections of Brenders’ work year-round.
