Outdoor expo at water gap

BUSHKILL — A free outdoor expo will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, at Point of Gap Overlook on Route 611, just south of the borough of Delaware Water Gap.

Sponsored by the National Park Service (NPS), the expo will highlight many of the businesses and organizations authorized to operate within the park and the products and services they provide.

All of the groups operate under Commercial Use Authorizations approved by the NPS. They provide guide services, education programs, instruction, and equipment rentals to park visitors for rock climbing, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, and other outdoor activities. Booths will be set up offering information on the services provided by each business or organization. The event will be held rain or shine.
