Renowned chef to provide fare at Lincoln soiree Saturday
MILFORD The savories to be served at The Pike County Historical Society Lincoln Soiree on April 18th, will be provided by Christian Peirrel of the Vinum Cafe, the new restaurant opening at the Brotherhood Winery. Veteran Restaurateur and awards winning chef, Pierrel created Vinum Café to share his love for fine food and gourmet cooking. Twenty-five years of experience and a continuous commitment to provide the highest quality food and service has earned Pierrel some of the highest recognition in the Hudson Valley, including several ratings of 26 in the Zagat Restaurant Guide. The Lincoln Soiree starts at 7 p.m. and will be held on the main floor of the Columns Museum. There will be entertainment and, of course, a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln.
