Singing waiters for Safe Haven

MILFORD Try-City Stage will present a night of dinner, entertainment, and dancing as a fundraiser for Safe Haven of Pike County. “The Dinette Set,” a singing waiter/waitress group, comes to the Tom Quick Inn of Milford on Saturday, Sept. 19. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will begin at 6 p.m. In between courses, patrons will be entertained by this vocal jazz ensemble and soloists. Dinner includes Butlers Hors d’oeuvres, fresh house salad, and choice of: Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast with Roasted Garlic Cream, or Seared Salmon with Mustard Dill Glaze. And for Dessert: Seasonal Berries and Cream in Tuille; with coffee, tea or soft drinks. There will be a cash bar - and of course, tipping is encouraged! The evening will also feature a raffle for two tickets to the next Try-City Stage production of: “Curtains.” All this for only $39! Try-City Stage and the Tom Quick Inn will also contribute $6 per person to benefit the Safe Haven Society of Pike County for this event.
