    BUSHKILL — New Jersey history takes front and center Saturday, Sept. 20, with a talk by historian and author Henry F. Skirbst on behalf of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. This presentation, the fifth in a series of nine arranged this year by the local National Park Service, will be given in the church in historic Millbrook Village, N.J. at 7 p.m. Skirbst, who has taught history for nearly 30 years, authored several books on the state’s history, and written nearly 400 articles, will offer a look at Garden State history. This night the topic is “Tales and Trails: New Jersey’s People, Places and Past.” One of his books bears that title and will be available for purchase and author signing.
