They're ready for their close up

MILFORD — See the Artful Bear Debut coming up on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in front of the Milford Community House at 201 Broad St., where the Black Bear Film Festival's new office is located.

Festival volunteers will be handing out free goodies and lemonade to passers-by who see the bears and meet the artists.

Volunteers are needed to bring in baked goods, like brownies and cookies. Anyone willing and able should reply to volunteer@blackbearfilm.com.
