MILFORD — The tri-state community is buzzing in anticipation of Milford Music Festival 2009 and the moment when its headlining performer, Grammy-nominated songstress Vanessa Carlton will take the stage. At 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, Carlton will grace the Ann Street Park stage following a full day of world-class musical acts. These include N.J. blues band Traveling Man, percussion-driven crowd-moving group, Roots N Rhythm, and A Tribute to Noel Coward as performed at The National Arts Club in New York City. As though the mainstage performances aren’t reason enough to visit Milford this weekend, festival organizers have announced a full schedule of sidestage performances and events.
