Upper Delaware GLBT Center's Third Annual GLBTQ and Ally Prom

MATAMORAS — Upper Delaware GLBT Center (UDGLBT) announces its third annual GLBTQ and Ally Prom to be held on Saturday, April 25 at 7 p.m. This dinner/dance will be held at the Best Western Inn at Hunt's Landing, located at 120 Route 6 and 209, Matamoras.

This year's theme is Carnival. Dress to express and be yourself. The greater Milford area is a model that others in society should follow, as it allows for the full and free participation of all, and the results are a strong and vibrant community.

Adults in the community can be a true hero to the GLBTQ and Ally youth in a very simple way — attend the prom and be an inspiration to them by sharing in an evening of unity where diversity is respected and enjoyed.

The theme, chosen by the youth in the community, is Carnival - Under the Big Top. This dinner/dance will be held in the Ballroom and will feature that audacious local celebrity "Sugar" with music provided by DJ Flow and Hot-Traxx Entertainment. Formal pictures will be taken and there will also bea photo booth, provided by Flash Shack, for our guests' enjoyment.

Help an adult or young adult attend the event by sponsoring a ticket(s) or making a donation. Follow instructions as listed for ticket purchase. Ticket prices are $50 for adults and $30 for young adults 14 to 20.
