Walk sponsors needed

PORT JERVIS - The Humane Society of Port Jervis is seeking sponsors for their “Walk For Our Shelter Pets” event on Oct. 8, to be held at the Neversink Valley Area Museum from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are many levels of sponsorship, each with a different incentive for the sponsor. The money raised will enable the shelter to defray the cost of the Walk expenses. All the money raised at the event goes to support the shelter and the valuable services they provide for local animals. The Oct. 8 walk is expected to be a day of fun as well as a walk to support the shelter animals.
