Pike's Peek

Last week's clue triggered widespread recognition among Courier readers.

"Hi it's Abby Zimmerman and this week's pic is the baseball field where the skate park is and the basketball court is."

That's right Abby. Dori Stewart of Milford writes: "It's the backstop at the Milford ball field which recently has seen a lot of wonderful improvements!"

The clue also spurred some fond reminiscences. Pike County Commissioner Matt Osterberg writes: "This sign is on the fence of the DVHS baseball field at the DV complex on Rte 6 and 209. My whole family are proud alumni of Delaware Valley. I graduated 1976, my wife, Carol-1978, my daughter, Stephanie-2005 and my son Mike, 2007."

And Tabitha Brandt of Milford writes: Milford Ball field on Third Street in Milford. Our sons played for MANY years on that field."
