Experiment on behavior of oranges

An experiment using the scientific method was recently conducted by Delaware Valley Elementary School students in Mrs. Thompson’s fourth grade class. They made observations, asked questions, formed a hypothesis, and made predictions about whether an orange would float, peeled or not. Mrs. Thompson then tested their predictions and found that the orange with a peel floated.
