Local grad elected sorority president

    SELINSGROVE - Delaware Valley High School graduate Tiffany Troiano has recently been elected president of Kappa Delta Sorority of the Beta Upsilon chapter at Susquehanna University. Tiffany is the daughter of Louis and Denise Troiano of Milford. She is a currently a sophomore majoring in business finance and marketing. Tiffany is also president of the honor sorority Alpha Lambda Delta. Kappa Delta Sorority was founded in 1897 in Farmville, Va. It has over 180,000 members, 128 active collegiate chapters and 487 chartered alumnae associations nationwide. Kappa Delta is active in a number of philanthropic causes. It has given over $6 million to the prevention of child abuse and over $2 million to Children’s Hospital in Richmond, Va. Its national headquarters is in Memphis, Tenn.
