Making winners in the arts

Dingman-Delaware Middle School Council-Level Winners are pictured in the National PTA Reflections Program. Winning students will advance to the District Level for judging. The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program for students. Reflections allows students to express themselves creatively and to receive positive recognition for original works of art inspired by pre-selected themes, while increasing community awareness on the importance of the arts in education.(Contributed photo)
