    Charles E. Willette Jr. of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., died on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Belle Reve, Milford, Pa. He was 87.
    Prior to becoming a Corrections Officer for the Suffolk County Sherriff’s Department, he was a Product Assurance Administrator with Sperry Gyroscope Company and plant manager for Kinemotive Corporation. He was a member of Saint Vincent DePaul Church, Milford; Tilghman-Angle-Smith, American Legion Post 851, Dingmans Ferry; and a United States Marine Corp World War II and Korean War Veteran.
    Son of the late Charles and Annie (Gabriel) Willette, he was born on May 4, 1929, in Waltham, Mass.
    He was married to Marilyn (Douglas) Willette, who predeceased him on Jan. 7, 2012.
    Survivors include his daughters, Linda Yannucciello and Pamela Peloso; sons, Charles Willette III and Douglas Willette; grandchildren, Michael, Jeff, Julie, Francis, Jessica, BreeAnne, Lauren, and Brian; and many great grandchildren.
    He was predeceased by his son Peter Castellani.  
    A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on May 9 at the Saint Vincent DePaul Church, Milford. Final interment followed at the Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry.
