Dario Diaz III

Dario Diaz III of Middletown, a lifelong area resident, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014, in the Town of Wallkill. He was 39.

Son of Daralynn and Dario Diaz Jr., he was born on Nov. 11, 1974, in Middletown.

He was a self-employed graphic designer.

Survivors include his wife, Christina Diaz of Monroe, N.Y.; his mother, Daralynn Otero and her husband, Charles, of Middletown, N.Y.; his father, Dario Diaz Jr. and his wife, Tammy, of Clyde, N.C.; his children, Corbin Diaz of Monroe, N.Y., Trystan Diaz of Wallkill, N.Y., and Khalessi Diaz of Middletown, N.Y.; his sisters, Tanya Giordano of Pine Bush, N.Y., and LeAndra Coe and her husband, Bradley, of Milford, Pa.; his step-brother, Louis Lopez of Bradenton, Fla.; and step-sister Linda Angel and her husband, Frank, of Montgomery, N.Y.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was scheduled to take place at Cornelius, Dodd and Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, N.Y. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

Cremation will take place at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, N.Y. Interment of cremains will be in the Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg, N.Y.
