Edward J. Palmer III

Edward J. Palmer III of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., died on Sunday April 23, 2017. He was 48.
The son of Edward J. Palmer Jr. and Joyce Spranger Palmer, he was born Jan. 11, 1969, in Warwick, N.Y.
He is survived by his wife, Ginny Palmer; father, Edward J. Palmer Jr. and his wife, Evalyn; mother, Joyce Palmer; sisters, Tonya Newcomb, Alycia Fell and her husband, Stephen, and Amanda Trowell and her husband, Shawn; stepchildren Jackie Kilheeney, John Clark, and Zachary Clark; three nieces; three nephews; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial visitation will be held Friday, April 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida, N.Y.
