Elinor Murphy

Elinor Murphy of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., died on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Belle Reve, Milford, Pa. She was 92.
Daughter of Francis and Susan (Brady) McKenna, she was born Aug. 11, 1924, in Brooklyn.
She was married to the late Norman Murphy, who predeceased her in 1988. 
Survivors include one son, John R. Murphy of E. Northport, N.Y.; daughters, Kathleen Mauro of Milford, Pa., and Elinor Carmisione of Middle Village, N.Y.; and 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter Susan D’Antuono in 2006.
Visitation was held Feb. 24 at the Stroyan Funeral Home, Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Feb. 25 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Milford, with the Rev. Richard Cirba officiating. Burial followed in the Delaware Cemetery, Delaware Township, Pa.
