Guernsey 'Jack' Sheeley

Guernsey "Jack" Sheeley of Matamoras, Pa., died on Monday July 11, 2016, at his home. He was 89.
Son of Guernsey and Elma Griggs Sheeley, he was born on Feb. 20, 1927, in Fostertown, N.Y.
He proudly served our country with the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Agway in Milton, N.Y.
He is a member of the Trinity United Methodist Parish, Fostertown, and the Highland Lodge of Masons #718, F&AM.
He married Anna Langone, who predeceased him.
Survivors include his sister, Janice R. Sheeley of Goshen, N.Y., and his long time companion, Mary Grandolf, of Matamoras.
Services will be private. Interment took place at Fostertown Cemetery in Fostertown.
Arrangements were by Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home in Port Jervis, N.Y.
