Joseph Paul Kinney

Joseph Paul Kinney of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., died on Thursday, July 6, 2017, in Honesdale, Pa. He was 52.
Son of the late Harvey and Doris (Phillips) Kinney, he was born on Aug. 14, 1964, in Newton, N.J.
He was a Union Boiler Maker for the Local 28, East Ampton, N.J.
Survivors include his wife, Ann (Young) Kinney; daughter, Maxine Kinney of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; sister, Kathy Garrido of Parsipanny, N.J.; brothers, Nick Kinney of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mike Kinney of Franklin, Tenn.
Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home in Milford on July 17. A memorial service followed at the funeral home, with the Rev. Luana Cook-Scott officiating.
