Julia S. O'Connor

Julia S. O’Connor of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., on Sunday, July 10, 2016, at Newton Hospital, Newton, N.J. She was 79.
Daughter of Francis and Helene (Cahill) Sample, she was born on Nov. 12, 1936, in Yonkers, N.Y. She was married to Timothy O’Connor Jr., who predeceased her on May 13, 1998.
She was member of St. Vincent dePaul Church in Milford, Pa.
Survivors include her son, Timothy O’Connor III of Dingmans Ferry; her daughter, Mary Morrison and her husband, James, of Dingmans Ferry; grandchildren, William, Erin, and Mary Cate; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Penelope.
She was predeceased by her brother, the Rev. Francis J. Sample ,in 1984.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, at St. Vincent dePaul Church, 101 St. Vincent Drive, Milford, with the Rev. Thomas Major officiating. Final interment will take place in the Milford Cemetery at a later date.
