Kenneth Charles Hoch
Kenneth Charles Hoch of Shohola, Pa., died on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, at Kindred Hospital in Dover, N.J. He was 78.
He was a retired managing director/investment banker for Morgan Stanley in Brooklyn. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1959.
Son of the late Kenneth and Christine (Beezer) Hoch, he was born on Nov. 23, 1937, in Philipsburg, Pa. He was married to Diane Lester Hoch, who predeceased him on Feb. 11.
Survivors include his daughters, Joann and her husband, Hakan Bjornson, of Sparta, N.J., and Jean and her husband, Roland Pena, of Sparta, N.J.; and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Parish Community of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, 427 Stanhope Rd., Sparta, N.J.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Operation Chillout, an organization that benefits homeless veterans in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, at P.O. Box 353, Long Valley, NJ 07853 (operationchillout.org).
