Robert A. Sell

Robert A. Sell of Shohola, Pa., died on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at the Belle Reve Senior Living Center in Milford, Pa. He was 82.
Son of the late William V. and Mary Sell, he was born on Aug. 23, 1934, in Washington Heights, N.Y. He was married to Mary I. Sell, who predeceased him on Aug. 20, 2004.
He was a retired elevator mechanic supervisor for the New York City Housing Authority, Manhattan. He was a former officer and member of the Shohola Township Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Shohola; and the Greeley Fire Department, Greeley, Pa.
Survivors include his daughter, Mercedes Miranda of Kingston, N.Y., four sons, Robert Sell II of East Islip, N.Y., Gilbert Miranda of Bunnell, Fla., Angelo Miranda of Spring Glen, N.Y., and John Miranda of Riverside, N.Y.; and 12 grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at the Pine Lawn Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y., on Oct. 8.
