Pike Historical Society elects officers

At its recent annual membership banquet, held at Peter’s Europa House, the Pike County Historical Society elected officers for 2009-2010. The evening was quite enjoyable for all and historical entertainment was offered in the form of Matthew Dodd, who is a historian and musician who details the story of the American Hobo through song. The new officers, pictured, look ready for their respective terms of office. The officers, pictured from the left are: Barbara Buchanan, president emeritus, Rebecca Roa, treasurer, Maryanne Monte, secretary, Ray Weeks, president and Miriam Siegel, vice president.
