Quit smoking groups forming

    Milford — There are more than 47 million former smokers in the U.S. Join them. Quitting tobacco is the biggest health improvement you can make. Quitting is hard, but you can do it and we can help. Support, counseling, and nicotine replacement increase success rates. Groups are forming now. Individual counseling is also available.
