Seniors to the National Guard

WESTFALL - The Pennsylvania National Guard has announced that incoming Delaware Valley High School seniors, Rusty F. Cook, Ian Gladkowski, and Matthew A. Kowinski have enrolled in the guard.All three were scheduled to attend basic training last month at Fort Benning, Ga. Upon graduation in 2007, Cook will be trained in Military Intelligence before entering college. Gladkowski will be trained to be an infantryman and receive a $10,000 bonus, before entering college. Kowinsky will also train as an infantryman and receive a $20,000 bonus before entering college. All three were scheduled to return home by mid-August, before the beginning of the new school year.
