Widener University recognizes Milford student

    CHESTER — A Milford student was recognized during Widener University’s 2009 Honors Week. Jesse Jayne of Milford, was recognized as a member of the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society. Kappa Delta Pi acknowledges achievements of students of education in all subjects. It’s the largest education society and accepts students in the top 20 percent who aspire a teaching profession. Widener is comprised of eight schools and colleges that offer liberal arts and sciences, professional and pre-professional curricula leading to associate’s, baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral degrees.
