MILFORD — Pike County Light & Power Company (PCL&P) customers who find themselves unable to pay their home heating fuel bills because of emergency financial conditions can now apply for assistance from PCL&P’s emergency fuel fund, the Neighbor Fund, at the Pike County Human Development Office. A financial reversal, a sudden job loss, an unexpected medical problem, an accident or any other kind of emergency could happen to anyone. That’s why the emergency help that PCL&P’s Neighbor Fund has offered the community for more than 25 years is so vitally important. Now, in addition to applying or assistance at the Salvation Army office at 99 Ball Street in Port Jervis, PCL&P customers in need can also go to the Pike County Human Development Office at 506 Broad Street in Milford.
