Allstate's Ahearn wins community award

Port Jervis, N.Y. n Allstate Insurance Agent Thomas Ahearn has been awarded the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award comes a $500 grant from The Allstate Foundation for the Gait Therapeutic Riding Center. Ahearn received this award as a result of his active membership and involvement with the Gait Therapeutic Riding Center. He has been a significant contributor to the community. Charlie Lala, Regional Distribution Leader at Allstate Insurance Company, nominated Thomas Ahearn. “Thomas is an active member of his community,” said Lala. “He is a respected member of the business community, protecting people with insurance and financial services products. He also makes a point of getting involved personally by dedicating his time and efforts to making a difference in people’s lives.” “Allstate believes that it is very important for corporations to take an active interest in the communities they serve.
