Another election gone

Poll officials estimated voter turnout at about one-third of the usual volume at noon-time in Milford Tuesday. In the only contested borough race, Republican Carlo Gamboni defeated Democrat Jim Belcher 147-97 to claim one open seat on the borough Council, as incumbents Bill Keiger and James Price were reelected.
