Bank supports Day of Caring

MILFORD Once again the United Way of Pike County will host the annual Day of Caring on Saturday, Sept. 11. “The Day of Caring is the community at its best and the Dime Bank is pleased to assist in such a worthy endeavor. The United Way creates an atmosphere of camaraderie and pride and we at the Dime Bank look forward to being a part of this special day for many years to come,” said Tim Didato, vice president, commercial loan officer of The Dime Bank and United Way board member. This special day will kick-off with a “breakfast for champions” at 7:45 at the Delaware Valley 9-10 campus followed by a day of helping many of our non-profit agencies with cleaning up, clearing out, and getting set for another busy year. Every volunteer receives a tee shirt so be sure to look for these great helpers that day. “Many in our community are facing financial hardship and need the help of our local human service agencies more than ever. Our volunteers will help these agencies complete projects that will enable them to better serve the community. It is wonderful to see the community come out and come together for the cause. Our volunteers are simply amazing. We are so grateful for the continued support of the Dime Bank,” said Mike Donlon, UWPC Day of Caring co-chair.
