Builders network over the table top
The Pike County Builders Association (PCBA) once again brought back their “Old Fashioned” Table Top Expo on Sept. 8 at the Tom Quick Inn. Over 20 vendors participated in the event, complete with food and door prizes. This event was a great way to make community connections and enjoy the newly remodeled Tom Quick Inn. To date, the PCBA has over 200 members and offers regular seminars and classes on new techniques, materials and laws that affect the building industry. This expo was a fundraiser; to help support the Pike County Humane Society (PCHS) everyone was asked to bring a donated item for the shelter. The PCHS had a table to showcase some of the pets that were awaiting adoption at the shelter. To volunteer or to make a donation contact Phyllis Simpson at 570-296- 7654.
