Camp will resubmit for expansion
DINGMAN The New Jersey Y Camp will submit a new long-term development plan to support stalled efforts to expand. Attorney Greg Chelak, represented the Y Camp Tuesday before the Dingman Supervisors in seeking a conditional zoning use for the expansion. The camp is planning to create larger size ball fields and more cabins. Supervisors Chair Tom Mincer explained to Chelak that their current application is about to expire. “Your best move would be to create a master plan for land development,” he advised. “Im just helping the camp to get the process started but I won’t be here to see the whole project finished,” Chelak, who is soon to become a county judge, told Mincer. “We will get a more complete plan and withdraw the plan in place now,” he said.
