Director Kim Golden said there was never any doubt that the Delaware Valley High School Drama cast could pull off the 18-year-long Broadway sensation “Cats.” Apparently area residents felt similarly, as tickets were sold out weeks before opening night, and the performers played to packed houses of over 500 on May 1, 2nd and 3rd. Golden said the production, based on the T. S. Eliot book, was her bravest, most challenging and ambitious undertaking in 25 years as director.
