Community career & training sites now open

Dingman — A new joint effort of Pike/Wayne Business Education Partnership and the Pike County Public Library is available at the Dingman library branch. At the Community Career & Training sites, the public will find new computers, new electronic and print resources, and a new, easy-to-find centralized location for all of the books that the libraries offer on careers, career testing, resumes, cover letters, and occupational guidance. The Community Career & Training sites are available for customers during all library hours; however, there is time set aside each week that is staff-supported by Pike County service partners to provide one-on-one assistance for those who need it. Milford Branch Public Library (Milford) workforce support hours (by appointment preferred) are on Mondays from 4 to 7 p.m.
