Community Expo was one fine day

DINGMAN - Visitors were treated to fun activities, entertainment, demonstrations and plenty of informational giveaways at the recent Pike County Family Community Expo, an initiative of United Way of Pike County. Over forty exhibitors provided free activities at their information booths including games of chance, craft activities, educational games & displays, exercise & balance skills, magic, pony rides and raffle prizes. Entertainment scheduled throughout the day featured Dingman-Delaware Children’s Choir concert, Stephen Christopher’s Optimystiks Magic Show, Pike Physical Therapy Fitness Demonstration and 4-H Paw Partners Club’s Seeing Eye Puppy Raising Club Demonstration along with two special readings of Inside Mouse, Outside Mouse by the Author Lindsay Barrett George in the Early Learning Area. The expo was once again hosted by Camp Speers-Eljabar YMCA which provided the perfect setting for participants to learn about their Pike County community.
