    MILFORD — The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen on Aug 27. Patricia Cielinski, 43, of Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to six months, pay a fine of $1,000 and had her driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On Oct. 5, 2008, Cielinski, was pulled over in Wild Acres Development, Delaware Township. Her blood alcohol level was .29%. Justin Current, 27, of Greeley, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for two to six months, pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for six months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On Feb. 20, Current was found in possession of heroin. Kevin Gallipani, 30, of Hawley, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for one to 12 months, and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On Nov. 2, 2008, Gallipaini was found in possession of three glassine baggies of heroin. Arthur Scholz, 36, of Lords Valley, was sentenced to a state correctional facility for five to 10 years, and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Failing to Comply with Sexual Offenders Registration Requirements. From Oct. 2, 2007 to June 19, 2008, Scholz failed to notify the Pennsylvania State Police that he was hired to a new job. Janet Wright, 49, of Hawley, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for five months to five years, pay a fine of $3,000 and had her driver’s license suspended for two years for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked. On Aug. 29, 2008, Wright drove her vehicle off the roadway on state Route 4003, in Lackawaxen Township, while her license was suspended and her blood alcohol level was .162%. AmyJo Smith, 32, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., was sentenced to probation for one year and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On Feb. 5, Smith attempted to obtain a prescription of Vicodin knowing that her prescription had been altered and not authorized by her doctor. Dave Giannini, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced to probation for one year, pay a fine of $300 and ordered to pay restitution for the crime of Simple Assault. On Dec. 27, 2008, Giannini punched a person in the face, causing bodily injury. Stephanie Abusio, 42, of Canadensis, was sentenced to probation for one year, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 for the crime of Theft by Failure to make Required Disposition of Funds. Between January 2005 and June 2008, Abusio took approximately $24,000 from Lake in the Clouds Owner’s Association and dealt with the money as if it were hers, knowing the money was meant for other business means. Jackie Singer, 65, of Aztec, N.M., was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to six months, pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Minimum Speed Requirements. On Dec. 24, 2008, Singer drove through Matamoras Borough and stopped twice in the middle of the road. Singer refused to consent to a breath test to determine her blood alcohol level. Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin provided court sentencing information.
